The safe stop Movable Barrier is designed with personal protection and roadside safety in mind above all else.
Our versatile, reusable barriers have unlimited applications – anywhere crowds gather or where personal and physical security is paramount.
DESIGN
Safe Stop™ Movable Barriers are easy to install, replace, position and remove. Their unique design makes them easy to string together, without creating any dangerous openings or exposed sharp edges, to provide greater protection.
The Movable Barrier segments can be made any length, width and height and are versatile enough to be used repeatedly in different capacities.
A unique feature of the Safe Stop Movable Barrier is the ability to modify its internal composition. The mass, stiffness and energy absorption capabilities of the Movable Barrier segments can be tailored for any desired application.
Recyclable materials can also be incorporated in the composition of the Movable Barrier, for a more earth-friendly design.
APPLICATIONS
Safe Stop™ barriers can be made lighter for crowd control or made stronger where security is a more significant concern.
Crowd Control and Crowd Flow – for organizing and directing crowds, creating queues, separating crowds from equipment, and more.
Traffic Control – for creating channels that direct traffic flow in work zones, construction zones, parking lots, etc. or as barricades for road closures, pedestrian safety and more.
Personal Safety and Security – the first line of defense for separating security personnel, authorized vehicles, dignitaries and more from potential harm.
TRANSPORT
When quick and efficient transport of the Movable Barriers is desired, Safe Stop™ Barrier Movers can be connected to the ends of the Movable Barriers utilizing our unique cable connection design. Our unique cable connection is flexible enough to allow effective transport and placement around curves and slopes yet stiff enough to not allow the barrier segments to sway uncontrollably when terrain conditions induce a large amount of movement and vibrations to the barrier segments.
The Barrier Movers utilize a unique lifting device to efficiently transport the Barrier Movers. Many of the components used for the lifting device are placed inside the Movable Barriers to allow the barrier segments to be lifted simultaneously and transported.

Water-filled barriers and sand-filled barriers require regular maintenance to ensure their integrity is not compromised, The Safe Stop™ Movable Barrier is designed to be strong and resilient enough to endure environmental and other factors with little to no maintenance.
Additional Attachments
The panels and fencing can be easily removed, making the barriers easily adaptable for other uses and applications, without needing to buy new barriers.
Example attachments include:
- Bulletproof glass, for the ultimate personal and physical security
- Fences and Glass panels, for safety and enhanced security
- Signage and advertising can also be attached to the top and sides of Safe Stop™ Movable Barriers. This offers a great marketing opportunity and potential revenue generator for cities, municipalities, companies, restaurants, and more.
- Reflectors and other types of reflective materials can be added as well, to enhance visibility and safety.
- Electric wiring, placed throughout the Movable Barrier segments, to accommodate lighting.
